Overview
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your item(s). If it has been more than 30 days since order receipt, we may not be able to grant you a full refund or accept returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Furthermore, due to their unique nature, personalized and made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes personalized greeting cards, personalized stationery, personalized notepads, and art prints with personalization. Due to their one-of-a-kind and made to order nature, items with personalization options do not qualify for return or exchange even when personalization is omitted. In the event that we made a mistake on your personalized item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix the error.
Refunds
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and want to ensure your satisfaction. If there seems to be an issue with your order, please send us a message via our contact form or to [email protected] and describe the issue with your order. If we made a mistake, we will do what we can to make it right.
When your order qualifies for a return or exchange, your refund will be granted after items are returned, inspected, and all criteria are met. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of items being returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost to ship to you will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items eligible for return will be refunded for the sale price. Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value, or a credit can be provided for the sale price applied towards an item of greater value. Clearance items marked final sale do not qualify for return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
To initiate the return process, send us a message via our contact form or to [email protected]. Please describe the reason for the return or exchange request, including any issues or defects with the product(s) you received. We will let you know whether your item(s) qualify for a refund, return, or exchange and let you know if items need to be shipped back.
In the event that a return or exchange is granted, we will provide you with a shipping address to send items back. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges on returned items. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to process your return may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process a full return or exchange if we don’t receive your items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up until items ship on orders for greeting cards and art prints without personalization. For personalized items, including greeting cards, stationery, notepads, and art prints, orders may only be cancelled up until items are sent to the printer, which typically occurs within 48 hours of order receipt.
